If you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item should be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged or incorrect item—we’ve been there too! Please inspect your order when it arrives and reach out to us immediately if there’s an issue. If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, send us a quick video or photos, and we’ll work to make things right as soon as possible.

Exchanges
Need to swap your item for something else? The easiest way is to return the original item (once the return is accepted) and make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method right away. Please note that it might take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
